Baby goats – 2024
Baby goats are expected this year starting the first week in May. We will post pictures as the are born. Kids will be shown in order of birth. All kids are available unless noted in the caption.
2024 KIDS
First Buck:
We typically have not raised intact bucklings (or mature bucks) but last year was the exception. This handsome buckling (photo dated 2022) was offered up by Coyote Kidz of Livingston, MT. Moves Like Jagger is polled and comes from some powerful milking genetics from Old Mountain Farm. Continuing the momentum of improvement, we look forward to this buckling bringing our milking herd to the next level.
Moves Like Jaeger is now just over 1-year old (photo dated 2023) and bred all of our does this year. He is extremely gentle and easy to handle. His personality is already showing up in his progeny. Jeager is now “proven”! His offspring are the sweetest, calmest, easy to handle kids. We are excited about the body conformation and milking genetics he is passing on.
UPDATE: Moves Like Jaeger was sold Fall of 2023. He was an excellent Sire and gave us many excellent offspring.
Doeling #2. DOB 4-10-2023.
Trece’s second doeling is polled. She is a beautiful kid and has Trece’s calm disposition. She is a bit larger than her older sister at 2.4 Lbs. (retained)

This doeling looks very much like her sire, Moves Like Jaeger, including coat pattern and body confirmation (sold).

Holy cow (goat)! This spectacular doeling has amazing color with gray, silver and brown markings and moon spots. She is also polled (bonus)! She is exceptionally sweet and quiet (retained).
